Terms and Conditions for PLR Products

Definitions

• BALI Academy PLR Shop: Refers to our company, BALI ACADEMY LLC, the provider of Private Label Rights and Commercial Use Products.
• PLR Products and Commercial Use Products: Refers to the digital products and content that you acquire from BALI ACADEMY LLC under a Private Label Rights or a Commercial Use license.
• You or Licensee: Refers to the individual, business entity, or organisation that has acquired digital products from BALI ACADEMY LLC.

License

Upon acquiring PLR Products and Commercial Use from BALI ACADEMY LLC, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to resell these products to your customers. You may modify, rebrand, and sell the products as you see fit within the terms of this agreement.

Responsibility for Earnings

BALI ACADEMY LLC is not responsible for any future earnings, profits, or losses incurred by you as a result of reselling our PLR and Commercial Use Products. We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, or success.

Content and Quality

While BALI ACADEMY LLC strives to provide high-quality digital products, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content. It is your responsibility to review, edit, and ensure the accuracy and quality of the products before reselling them.

Liabilities

BALI Academy holds no liability for any claims, damages, losses, or legal disputes arising from the use, resale, or distribution of our PLR Products and Commercial Use Products by you or your customers. You assume full responsibility for any issues or disputes that may arise.

Termination

BALI ACADEMY LLC reserves the right to terminate your license to resell our PLR Products and Commercial Use Products if we believe you are not complying with these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all distribution of our products.

Modification of Terms

BALI ACADEMY LLC may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms and Conditions for updates.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
